1. Pitches are let on the understanding that on no account are they to be occupied by more people than details on the booking form or if phone booking as stated on the telephone. Any visitors must be paid for.
2. You are reminded that the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Touring pitches are usually available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Exceptions to this are made if possible if requested. However in order to minimise disturbance to our other guests, it is regretted that initial access to touring pitches cannot be given before 9am or after 10pm on the day of arrival.
4. Any ground sheets MUST be of the breathable type.
5. No liability whatsoever shall be attached to the management in the event of:
   • Death, injury howsoever caused, illness inconvenience or any other misadventure.
   • Loss or damage to or theft of property including motor vehicles.
   • Unavailability of any amenity or service due to circumstances beyond the control of the management.
6. To enable us to continue accepting dogs they must be strictly contolled at all times. No dog is to be left unattended at any time. It is expected that all dog owners clean up after their dogs at all times. Please bear in mind that many visitors are frightened by or allergic to dogs, therefore no dogs will be allowed in the toilet block etc.
7. Noise from radios, cassette players, televisions etc should be kept to a level that would not disturb other guests.
